Hi! I'm Esha, a creative professional passionate about blending technology, design, and storytelling.

My journey began as a Marketing Strategist intern at New York Life. I’ve since transitioned into technology and business analysis roles, including my most recent position as a Technology Architecture Delivery Analyst at Accenture. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong foundation in project management, data analytics, and visual design, fueling my ambition to bridge creativity with technology in my future roles.
 

Both of my parents have significantly influenced my path. My father, a director and Vice President of Corporate Marketing showed me the power of storytelling and strategic leadership, while my mother, a former model with a background in fashion, demonstrated resilience and creativity in pursuing her dreams. Their guidance has inspired me to push boundaries, work hard, and strive for excellence in my professional and personal life.
 

My passion for animals runs deep, and I aspire to create my own animal rescue foundation one day. This is not just a goal but a commitment to making a meaningful impact for those who cannot speak for themselves. It's a cause I'm deeply invested in and one that I plan to pursue alongside my professional endeavors.
 

Outside of work, I enjoy engaging with social media and networking, which has led me to exciting experiences in celebrity management and creative collaborations. I’ve also taken on leadership roles as the founder of the South Asian community at Accenture, where I organized large-scale events for over 200 employees, fostering community and engagement through culture-focused programs and visual storytelling. Additionally, I mentor others, guiding them in their professional development, which has been a rewarding aspect of my career.
 

Education has been a pivotal part of my journey as well. I began my academic path at Rider University, studying graphic design before transferring to Rutgers University, where I earned a degree in Information Technology with a minor in Digital Communications, Information, and Media. This diverse academic background has allowed me to blend technical skills with creative thinking, shaping my unique approach to problem-solving and visual design.

This story of resilience resonates deeply with me as I continue to work toward my long-term career goals of establishing myself in media production and tech-creative roles within the corporate world.
 

When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with family and friends, hosting themed events, and exploring new ways to express my creativity, whether through drawing, painting, or playing the piano. I love learning about different cultures and traditions, and I’m always open to new experiences that fuel my imagination and drive.
