Hi! I'm Esha, a creative professional passionate about blending technology, design, and storytelling.
 

I started my career as a marketing strategist intern at New York Life and later transitioned into roles as a technology analyst specializing in data and AI at Accenture. These experiences have built my foundation in project management, data analytics, and visual design, fueling my ambition to bridge creativity with technology in future roles. Inspired by my parents’ careers—my father’s leadership in marketing and storytelling and my mother’s creativity in fashion—I’ve learned the importance of pushing boundaries and following my passions. This motivation drives me both professionally and personally.
 

I’m deeply committed to causes I care about, like animal welfare, and I aspire to start my own animal rescue foundation in the future. Professionally, I’m working toward a career in media production and tech-creative roles where I can blend innovation with design to create a lasting impact. My love for videography and photography further supports my long-term dreams of becoming a filmmaker, where I can bring powerful stories to life visually.
 

At Accenture, I founded the South Asian community and led large-scale cultural events, utilizing my skills in leadership, visual storytelling, and community building. Mentorship is also a passion of mine, as I’ve helped many colleagues grow in their professional journeys.
 

I earned my degree in Information Technology (ITI) from Rutgers University, with a minor in Digital Communications, Information, and Media. My education and hands-on experience have given me a unique ability to blend technical skills with creativity.
 

Inspired by stories like One Piece, my favorite show, I believe in pursuing my dreams relentlessly, even when the journey is challenging. When I’m not working, I enjoy creative activities like art, painting, drawing, and playing instruments like the piano and guitar. I also love trying new foods, learning about the variety of cultures out there, traveling the world (I’ve collected 80+ keychains from different places!), and spending time with friends, family, and my Holland Lop bunny, Bali.
 

I'm currently exploring new opportunities and would love to connect with like-minded professionals or discuss potential collaborations. I believe I can bring significant value to any team, as I am hardworking, adaptable, and always ready to step into leadership when needed.
